gt99 Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the user ("you" or "member") and the gt99 platform ("Platform" or "Site"). These Terms form a legal agreement. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted all of these Terms in full.

gt99 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms are published will be treated as acceptance of the new Terms. It is therefore advisable to review this page regularly.

2 Account Registration

To create an account at gt99, accurate and complete information must be provided in the registration form. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

Your account password and login details must be kept completely confidential. No third party may be given access to the account. The account holder is solely responsible for all activities carried out from the account.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, inform gt99 Support immediately.
• Always log out after using a public computer or shared device.
• Keep the mobile number and email used during registration active.

2.3 Updating Information

If any registered information changes (such as a mobile number or bank account), the gt99 Support Team must be informed in a timely manner. gt99 will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or inactive information.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

All gt99 services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. No one under the age of 21 may create an account or use any service on this Platform.

gt99 reserves the right to verify a member's age and may request a copy of a National ID card or other government-issued ID if necessary. Some services may be restricted until identity verification is complete.

3.1 Geographic Restrictions

Access to gt99 services may be restricted from certain areas or countries. It is entirely the user's responsibility to be aware of the laws applicable in their area and to comply with them.

4 Account Verification

gt99 may request identity verification from a member at any time. This is a necessary step to ensure security and prevent money laundering.

4.1 Required Documents

One or more of the following documents may be requested for verification:

• Clear photos or scans of both sides of the National ID card (NID)
• A clear photo of the information page of a passport
• Bank statement or mobile wallet transaction records (where applicable)
• A selfie or recent photo (with ID card)

4.2 Unverified Accounts

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. gt99 will endeavour to complete the verification process as quickly as possible upon receiving the required documents.

5 Deposit and Withdrawal

gt99 supports deposits and withdrawals through mobile banking services and bank transfers commonly used in Bangladesh.

Withdrawal requests generally take between 5 and 30 minutes to process. Withdrawals from verified accounts are processed comparatively faster.

5.4 Payment Restrictions

gt99 reserves the right to decline any transaction or request further verification for security reasons. The payment method used must be registered in the name of the person who holds the account. Deposits or withdrawals using a third party's account are not permitted.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

gt99 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, and failure to follow them may result in the bonus being cancelled.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositing members may be eligible for a 120% bonus of up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount.

For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earning a ৳1,200 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,200; before the bonus amount can be withdrawn, a total of ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once unless the promotion description states otherwise.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may be restricted to certain games or categories.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or a proxy is strictly prohibited.
• gt99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6.3 Wagering Calculation Method

Every bet placed with a bonus balance counts toward the wagering requirement. Cancelled, voided, or unresolved bets are not counted toward wagering.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

Certain general rules apply to all games and bets at gt99. These rules are the same for all members and apply without exception.

7.1 Bet Decisions

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless gt99 declares it void due to a technical error.

7.2 Technical Issues

If any game or bet is left incomplete due to server problems, disconnection, or any other technical error, gt99 will make a decision at its own discretion in that situation, and the decision will be considered final.

7.3 Software Errors

gt99 reserves the right to cancel transactions where incorrect results or abnormal winnings are displayed due to a software error in a game. If displayed odds or payout figures are incorrect due to a software error, the correct figures will apply.

• Odds for various events in sports betting may change.
• In live betting, bet outcomes may differ due to internet delays (lag).
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be returned.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gt99 platform. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

8.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Creating or using multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
• Creating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Fixing or colluding on bets.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or flaw in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering or illegal financing.

8.2 System Violations

• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures.
• Collecting or misusing other members' personal information.
• Attempting to attack or damage the platform's infrastructure.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

gt99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

1. If any clause of these Terms is violated.
2. If there is reason to suspect that false or misleading information has been provided.
3. If documents requested for identity verification are not submitted within a reasonable time.
4. If there is reason to suspect that the account is being used for fraudulent activities.
5. If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A member who wishes to close their account voluntarily may contact gt99 customer service. It is recommended to settle all outstanding bonuses and withdrawals before closing the account.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

10 Limitation of Liability

gt99 accepts limited liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of the Platform. gt99 is not responsible for the following situations:

• If any bet or game is disrupted due to internet connectivity issues or device faults.
• Financial losses caused by delays or failures of third-party payment processors.
• Service disruptions caused by uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government decisions.
• If a member's account details are exposed to a third party due to the member's own negligence.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

gt99 uses members' information only for providing services, verifying identity, and meeting applicable legal obligations. No information is sold or shared with third parties without the member's consent, except where required by law.

11.1 Cookies & Tracking

Cookies are used on the gt99 website. Details are available in the Privacy Policy. Continued use of the platform will be taken as consent to the use of cookies.

12 Changes to Terms

gt99 reserves the right to change, amend, or revise these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or via an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be taken as acceptance of the new terms. If a member does not agree to the new terms, they may close their account.

12.1 Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the individual terms of each promotion together form the entire agreement between gt99 and the member. No verbal or written promises outside of these constitute part of the agreement.
